|Designation:||Le Corbeau Hudson Vineyard|
|Region:||Los Carneros Napa-Sonoma|
This is a very good, lusty, well-made wine, with the new oak's name specifically associated with Grenache. It's rich in blackberries, cherries, currants, blueberries and chocolate, with a complex touch of smoky oak. It's the perfect wine to drink with a wide range of meat, vegetable and fish dishes. A bit on the sweet side, but the full-bodied fruit is lovely, and should develop in the bottle over the next 6–8 years.
